Chicken Breast In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 soup can sherry
    1 c. sour cream
    paprika
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish so that pieces don't overlap.
    Cover with mushrooms (do not use juice).
    Combine mushroom soup, sherry and sour cream until blended.
    Pour over chicken, completely covering it.
    Dust with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve with wild long grain rice.
