Lemon Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    few drops of yellow food coloring
    3 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 graham cracker pie crust
Preparation
    Combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and food coloring; mix well.
    Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff, but not dry.
    Gently fold into sweetened condensed milk mixture.
    Pour into crust and chill 3 hours or until set.
