Chicken Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, skin removed
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1 can Veg-All
1 can Shoe-Peg white corn
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick margarine
1 tube Ritz crackers
Preparation

Boil chicken, debone and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix with next 7 ingredients.
Melt margarine and then crumble crackers really fine and mix with margarine.
Put mixture in a large casserole dish (8 x 11-inch), then put buttered crackers on top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
