Diet Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 doz. large mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped scallions
3 Tbsp. skimmed milk
cottage cheese (low-fat))
1/2 Tbsp. corn oil
1 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation

Remove mushroom stems; chop fine.
Saute stems and scallions in corn oil.
Add cottage cheese and bread crumbs.
Stuff caps. Bake in a 425\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Each mushroom contains 15 calories.
