Fresh Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    6 c. sliced, peeled fresh peaches
    2 c. variety baking/biscuit mix
    2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan.
    Add peaches and toss to coat.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
    Reduce heat and cook 2 minutes longer, stirring occasionally; set aside.
