Dutch Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. bacon drippings
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda added to 1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and bacon drippings like a pie crust. Reserve 1 1/2 cups for topping.
    Mix eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg and mixture of soda and buttermilk.
    Grease and flour two 9-inch pans. Spread crust in each.
    Add the filling and rest of pie crust mixture over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
