Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie crust, lightly baked
3 to 5 tomatoes
6 pieces cooked bacon or any meat (including pepperoni, beef or chicken)
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 onion
Preparation

Alternate layers of sliced tomatoes and other ingredients in crust. The tomatoes may produce a lot of juice, so sprinkle a little cornstarch in layers if tomatoes are real ripe.
