Onion Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (5 lb.) bag potatoes
1 box onion soup mix
1/2 stick margarine or butter
Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes.
Place some sliced squares of margarine on bottom of glass casserole dish.
Then layer the potatoes; after a few layers, sprinkle some of the onion soup mix over the potatoes.
Repeat the process until you reach the last layer of potatoes.
The last layer, place soup mix, then some squares of margarine and sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for one hour, covered with foil.
