Salmon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) can salmon, drained, boned and flaked
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
    1/4 c. thinly sliced dill pickle
    1/4 c. mayonnaise-type salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Sprinkle salmon with lemon juice.
    Stir in eggs, pickle, salad dressing, green onion, salt and pepper.
    Mix gently and chill. Serve on lettuce if desired.
    Serves 4.
