Korean Marinade Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic, smashed
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
3 Tbsp. sesame seed
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 Tbsp. Wesson vegetable oil
4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts, skinned
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except chicken; mix well.
Rinse chicken and place in a deep bowl.
Pour marinade over chicken. Cover; place in refrigerator overnight.
Shake occasionally.
Keep mixed.
When ready, prepare grill as usual.
Let briquets turn white as directed.
Place chicken on grill.
Use remaining marinade for basting.
Cook chicken until cooked thoroughly, approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
