Carrot Bread(Diabetic) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
sugar substitute to equal 2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 to 3/4 c. water
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 c. shredded carrots
vegetable cooking spray
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine eggs and sugar substitute in a large bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until mixture thickens. Gradually add oil and water; beat until well combined.
