Minestrone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cans chicken broth or 8 c. fresh chicken broth
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 1/2 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. elbow macaroni
Preparation
    Combine broth, bouillon cubes, tomatoes and onion; cook until tender.
    Add vegetables, beans, salt, pepper, basil and thyme. Simmer 20 minutes.
    Add cut up chicken breast and macaroni until macaroni is tender and chicken is not pink, approximately 20 minutes.
    Simmer 20 minutes longer.
