Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chopped meat
    2 eggs, chopped fine
    2 small onions
    3/4 to 1 cup bread crumbs
    1 tsp. garlic
    2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 c. parsley flakes
    about 1 to 1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped celery or 1 Tbsp. seed
    dry gravy mix or 2 cans tomato soup
Preparation
    Add to meat the eggs, onions, bread crumbs, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, poultry seasoning, milk and parsley flakes.
    Mix well and shape in pan to get a nice slice when cooked.
    Mix no-fat dry gravy with water and 1/4 cup vinegar.
    Cover over meat about 1-inch in pan and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with baked potatoes and vegetable.
