Shrimp Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. horseradish
2 c. shrimp (4 1/2 oz.)
1 small onion, grated
Preparation
-
Whip cream cheese and butter together.
Rinse and drain cans of shrimp.
Add all ingredients and blend well.
Use on crackers or bread.
