Shrimp Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. peeled raw shrimp
    1 1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. celery
    1/8 c. parsley
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1/8 c. oil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook shrimp and seasonings for 5 minutes in oil.
    Add rice, salt, pepper, Kitchen Bouquet and water.
    Bring to a boil; cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
