Fresh Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. pared, chopped apples
    1 c. nuts
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, oil and sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Turn butter into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 70 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Frost with cream cheese icing.
