Celery Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ribs celery
boiling water
salt
any pasta sauce
Preparation

Cut celery ribs into long thin strands about the size of thick spaghetti.
Lay in a large kettle; pour on quarts of boiling water and stir in salt.
Cook until celery is limp (about 10 minutes). Serve after draining with any pasta sauce.
Yield:
2 servings.
