Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coarsely chopped, cooked yellow squash
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine, divided
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, divided
Preparation
    Combine squash, onion, 1 tablespoon margarine, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Pour milk over 1 cup bread crumbs.
    Set aside for 3 minutes.
    Then stir into squash mixture.
    Spoon into lightly greased 1-quart casserole.
    Combine remaining bread crumbs and margarine.
    Spoon over squash.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
