Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. milk
2 c. canned corn
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. melted butter
2 eggs
Preparation
-
Add milk to corn; add flour sifted with salt, pepper and baking powder. Add butter and beaten eggs.
Drop by spoonfuls in hot grease. Fry until golden brown.
