Pane Alle Olive(Bread With Olives) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. fresh yeast
    3/4 c. lukewarm milk
    3 c. all-purpose plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
    4 oz. pitted black olives, chopped
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in the milk.
    Heap the flour and salt in a mound in a mixing bowl.
    Make a well in the center and pour in the oil.
    Mix while adding the yeast and milk.
    Stir mixture thoroughly and pour on floured surface.
    Knead the dough for 5 minutes and shape into a ball.
    Put the dough in a floured bowl, cover and set aside to rise until double in volume.
    Punch down the dough, add the olives and mix well.
