Peppered Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak
2 green peppers
1/2 c. onions
2 c. instant rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. water
vegetable oil
flour
Preparation

Cut round steak into bite size pieces.
Add enough flour to coat the meat.
Place meat in hot oil in skillet.
While meat is frying, start your rice (instructions are on box) and chop up peppers and onions.
Cook meat until done, stirring well.
Remove the meat.
Add peppers and onions to skillet.
Fry until tender. Add meat, soy sauce and water.
Cook until sauce thickens.
Serve over rice.
