Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 finely grated carrots
    1 medium onion, chopped
    4 to 5 slices bacon or ham
    2 to 3 tsp. oleo
Preparation
    Cut bacon or ham in tiny pieces and fry until medium-done, then add carrots and onion; fry until done.
    Add rice and oleo; fry about 10 to 15 minutes.
