Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 uncooked pie shell
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Pour into pie shell and bake 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 to 40 minutes longer or until knife inserted comes out clean.
