Alfredo Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken fillets
    1 yellow squash (small)
    1/2 Tbsp. fresh or powdered garlic
    1 tsp. Romano/Parmesan cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp. fresh or dried basil, chopped
    3/4 lb. linguini
    1 zucchini squash (small)
    1 sweet red pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. fresh ground pepper
    1/4 c. reduced-salt chicken stock
    1/4 c. evaporated skim milk
