Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut into strips
    1 large onion
    3 large green peppers
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can Chinese mixed vegetables
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 4 c. hot water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    2 cans Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Lightly salt and pepper meat; brown in oil.
    Put 1/8 teaspoon ginger over meat while browning.
    Add water and bouillon cubes; bring to a boil.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour until meat is tender.
    Add green peppers, cut in strips, Chinese mixed vegetables and cornstarch to thicken gravy.
    Cook for 15 minutes. Serve over Chinese noodles or rice.
