Homemade Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1/3 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 bunches green onion
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chiles
    jalapenos to taste (2 medium)
Preparation
    Chop up green onion and jalapenos.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Make couple hours before serving.
    Refrigerate.
