Pretzel Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. Keebler buttered pretzels, crushed (about 2 c.)
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. sugar
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries
    2 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. oleo, softened
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 (6 oz.) strawberry Jell-O
Preparation
    Mix crushed pretzels sugar and oleo.
    Press mixture in Pyrex dish (9 x 13-inch).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Beat 1 cup sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip.
    Pour over cooled pretzel layer.
    Mix boiling water with Jell-O.
    Add strawberries.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Serves 12 or more.
    Chill one hour.
    Store in refrigerator.
