Steamed Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large carrots, peeled
    4 medium potatoes, quartered
    12 Brussels sprouts, halved
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place carrots and potatoes in a steamer; cover and cook for 6 minutes.
    Add sprouts.
    Cover and cook for 5 to 7 more minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
    Combine margarine, lemon juice and pepper; toss with steamed vegetables.
