Fruit Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 c. pineapple juice
1 tsp. margarine
1 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Blend sugar and flour.
Continue blending egg, pineapple juice and margarine.
Heat on medium, stirring constantly, until thickens (takes about 15 minutes).
Cool.
Fold in 1 pint whipping cream.
Cool and serve.
