Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

2 (16 oz.) cans sweet potatoes
1/3 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. cream
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1 c. crushed pineapple (optional), drained
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mash the potatoes.
Add sugar, eggs, spices, salt and milk. After mixed, place in unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Garnish with whipped cream.
