Japanese Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped raisins
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 large coconut
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Add milk and flour, beating well.
    Cook two layers plain.
