French Dressing Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    prepared rice
    1 cup apricot preserves
    1 (8 oz) bottle French dressing (Russian may also be used)
    1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup
    1 jar (6 oz) junior baby food applesauce
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, whole or cut into bite-size pieces
Preparation
    To make sauce, combine all ingredients except chicken and rice.
    Put chicken into greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
    Serve over rice.
