Macaroon Kiss Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. soft butter
    3 oz. soft cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg yolk
    2 tsp. almond extract
    2 tsp. orange juice
    1 1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 c. flaked coconut
    8 oz. Hershey's Kisses (dark chocolate is best)
Preparation
    Beat butter, cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until well blended.
    Add egg yolk, almond extract and orange juice; beat well.
    Stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture.
    Stir in 3 c. coconut.
    Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until firm enough to handle.
    Shape dough into balls; roll in coconut and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
    Remove from oven and immediately press Hershey Kiss on top of each cookie.
    Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
