Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1 large onion, diced
1 can corned beef
1 large can sauerkraut
12 to 16 oz. Swiss cheese
8 large slices rye bread
1 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Mix sour cream and onion.
Spread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Drain sauerkraut and spread over cream mixture.
Break up 1 can corned beef and spread over kraut.
Add Swiss cheese, grated on top.
Remove crusts from rye bread.
Tear bread in pieces and put on top of cheese.
Drizzle margarine slowly over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 45 minutes.
