Hummus Ii - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (15 1/2 oz.) chick peas
1/2 lemon juiced
1 large clove garlic
3 Tbsp. Tahineh
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
Salt to taste
1/2 jalapeno pepper without seeds (optional)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Drain and wash the chick peas.
Boil in little water till the chick pease are very soft.
