Nut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    20 Ritz crackers, rolled
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until frothy.
    Add water and beat again.
    Add sugar, baking powder and vanilla. Beat again.
    Add crackers and walnuts.
    Stir. Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
    Pour mixture in plate. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. When cool, refrigerate. Add whipped cream before serving.
