Lemon Fluff(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. sugar-free lemon jello
    1 c. 1/2% buttermilk
    1 pkg. artificial sweetener
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 3/4 cup boiling water.
    Put jello, milk and sweetener in blender.
    Blend 30 seconds. Refrigerate until partially set. Blend again for 30 to 45 seconds.
    Pour into an 8 x 8-inch dish or 4 small bowls.
    Refrigerate.
