Cheryl Ladd'S Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cloves
3 medium apples, chopped (I use Granny apples)
2 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 c. cold, strong coffee
1/2 to 1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 to 1 c. raisins

Preparation

Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
