Parmesan Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    8 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Wash potatoes, leaving peeling on.
    Cut in quarters.
    Roll in cheese, flour, salt and pepper mixture. Place in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole.
    Melt butter and add to potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Turn potatoes and bake 20 minutes or more until tender.
    Yields 8 servings.
