Kraut Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 big can sauerkraut, drained well
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. sugar
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimentos
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Put in large jar with lid; press down so sauerkraut is covered with the liquid.
    Let set in refrigerator 24 hours.
    Good on burgers.
