Tomatoes Blue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (1-inch) slices large, ripe tomato
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 oz. Blue cheese
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    dry breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Place tomato slices on a baking sheet.
    In a small bowl, combine butter, Blue cheese, Parmesan cheese and parsley with a fork until well blended.
    Add enough crumbs to make a crumbly dough.
    Divide evenly among tomato slices and press to form a \"crust\" on each.
    Broil until topping is brown and bubbly and tomatoes are heated through.
    Serves 6.
