Stuffed Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 Tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    6 large boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin
    2 Tbsp. oil (regular or olive)
    2 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine cheese, eggs, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Place about 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture in the center of each chicken breast.
    Roll and secure with toothpicks.
    In a large skillet, thoroughly brown chicken on all sides in hot oil; drain off fat.
    Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken.
    Bake about 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
