Bulgogi-Marinated Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. rump roast, cut into strips
    2 white onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil (sesame seed oil is best)
    1/4 c. fried sesame seed (optional)
    chopped green onions
    3 Tbsp. cooking wine or vinegar
Preparation
    In a blender, blend garlic, onions and soy sauce.
    Add the next 4 ingredients and blend.
    Remove from blender and add sesame seed, green onions (to taste) and vinegar.
    Pour sauce over meat and mix well.
    Let the meat soak overnight in a covered bowl in the refrigerator.
    Cook the next day in the crock-pot 1 hour on high and 2 to 3 hours on low.
    Serve over rice.
