Baked Chicken With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned
    4 or 5 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    2 carrots, peeled and cut into small pieces
    1 onion, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    margarine
Preparation
    On square of foil, place chicken breast rib side up.
    Fill hollow where ribs are with potatoes, carrots, onion, salt and pepper.
    Put tablespoon margarine on top.
    Close foil wrap.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
