Hot Cocoa Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar (superfine granulated)
    1 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
    1 c. nondairy coffee creamer powder
    3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 vanilla bean, split (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, stir together sugar, nonfat milk powder and creamer powder.
    Sift in cocoa.
    Stir to thoroughly blend all ingredients.
    Fill a 1-quart size jar with mixture.
    Insert vanilla bean down center of jar to add flavor.
    Screw on jar cap tightly.
    Store in a cool, dry place.
