Butter Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter
Preparation

Sift together the flour, baking powder and sugar.
Combine butter with dry ingredients, crumbling with fingertips.
Take off 3/4 cup of mixture for crumbs for top, then add well beaten egg, milk and vanilla gradually.
Stir thoroughly.
Pour into well-buttered loaf pan.
Add crumbs to top and sprinkle cinnamon over crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
