Sourdough Starter And Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix these 3 ingredients and put in a quart jar.
    Leave Starter on the counter for 4 to 5 days.
    Set in refrigerator for 3 days. Take out of refrigerator and feed with the same 3 ingredients as listed.
    Let set out for 8 to 12 hours.
    Throw away 1 cup and refrigerate again for 3 days.
    Take out of refrigerator and feed again.
    Leave out 8 to 12 hours.
    Throw away 1 cup; refrigerate again for 3 days, then take out and feed again.
    Leave out 8 to 12 hours.
    This is the third feeding, so you're ready to take out a cup and make the bread.
    Return the remaining to refrigerator and feed every 3 to 5 days with the 3 ingredients to keep the Sourdough Starter usable.
    After each feeding, either throw away 1 cup or make bread to give to a neighbor.
