Firecracker Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
    6 corn tortillas, torn
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese (may use Mozzarella instead)
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Cook together meat, chili powder, salt and onion.
    Drain after browning, then cook 10 minutes.
    Spoon into 12 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Layer Ranch Style beans, then tortillas (small pieces), then Ro-Tel and then cheeses (shredded).
    Spread soup over top of casserole; cover.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 until bubbly.
