French Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. potatoes
    1 tsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch wide sticks.
    Place in old water (ice) about 30 minutes.
    Pat dry.
    Place potatoes in plastic bag with other ingredients.
    Shake to coat.
    Arrange on large cookie sheet in a single layer.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring once or twice until golden brown.
