Cinnamon Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk

Preparation

Mix and cream shortening, sugar and eggs.
Sift flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add sifted mixture alternately with sour milk, a bit at a time, to creamed mixture until all together.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes in 8 x 8-inch pan.
